1. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders that meet our minimum order value. Shipping costs are automatically covered based on this threshold, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Custom Production

Because we specialize in custom-made and highly specific products, most items are produced after your purchase.

  • Order Review: Once your payment is confirmed, we carefully review your selected configuration, materials, and specifications.

  • Production: Delivery timelines include both production time and shipping time. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is being made specifically for you.

  • Dispatch: Once production or local preparation is complete, your order is dispatched, and you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time includes processing, production, and transit. Timelines vary based on customization requirements and your destination:

  • U.S. & Canada Orders: 1 – 15 business days

  • Other Regions: 7 – 15 days

Note: In some cases, specific configurations may already be prepared at our local fulfillment centers, allowing for faster dispatch. For international shipments, standard customs clearance applies, but we handle the export documentation to ensure compliant and smooth delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to your email. We partner with reliable carriers—including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL—so you can easily monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your custom products as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to production scheduling, severe weather, customs processing, or other carrier-related factors. Please understand that shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
